I had new, professional level equipment, an apartment in the hippest place in Northern Virginia (ok, that's not saying so much but it still beat living with my mom), and a great-paying job. I had so much ammunition at my fingertips that I felt I was finally in a position to fully explore my songwriting skills. With renewed energy and desire, I sat down with Richard to discuss a serious plan of turning this musical dream into reality. Only a few months into this schedule, however, I was shocked to discover Richard had randomly moved to Paris, France. I finally realized I was going to have to do this alone and began to hone my production abilities. This is evident on recordings such as "She's Electric [Studio]" and "Moonraker [Take 2]."
